Are the canopies guaranteed?
Yes. Our four selected canopies are guaranteed as follows.
- Leisure - 1 Year
- Trader - 2 years
- Elite - 3 years
Which canopy is suitable for me?
To answer this question you need to ask yourself the following questions:
How often will the canopy be used and in what weather conditions?
For occasional use in light wind conditions the Leisure tent is ok.
For regular users who require a stronger general-purpose canopy the Trader is a well-made, lightweight solution although not able to cope with very strong winds.
For the ultimate all-year-round canopy the super-strong aluminium frame Elite is the only choice.
How is the canopy anchored down?
In windy conditions all canopies require anchoring in some way. If you are going to use the canopy on grass then the tie-down kit supplied with all of our canopies is usually all that is needed. For hard standing it is strongly advised that you purchase a set of weights for your selected canopy.- See the relevant accessories section.
Can the canopies be printed?
All our canopies can have text and/or logos printed on them. See the 'Canopy branding’ section or contact us if you require more info.
Are the side walls included and how are they attached?
All of our canopies are available with sidewalls. The Leisure is only available as a complete package which includes four sides. With the Trader and Elite you have a choice, frame, roof cover plus tie-down kit package or a complete package which also includes a full sidewall kit and roller carry bag.
The sides attach with velcro stripe to the underside of the roof cover and by Velcro ties to the uprights. The sides also zip together at the corners ensuring a draft free fit.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free of charge on our gazebos.
How long before I can take delivery?
Assuming your chosen canopy is in stock (they usually are), then we can normally despatch it the same day it is ordered. It will then be delivered to your by our couriers next day.
Are spare parts readily available?
We carry a full range of spares in stock, so if your canopy becomes damaged in some way then we can send out replacement parts on next-day delivery.
How is the canopy packed?
Your canopy will arrive in cardboard boxes. The frame is already assembled, so the first thing to do is fit the roof cover, which can then be left in attached to the frame for future use, thereby minimising erection time. The sides are packed in there own carry-bag.
How much space will the canopy take up in my vehicle?
The frames fold down to the following sizes.

Can you deliver the canopy to a different address?
Yes. We can deliver to another address if it is more convenient. Although someone will need to sign for it and check that the cartons have not sustained any damage during delivery, which very occasionally can occur.
How long do the canopies take to erect?
To erect the frame and roof will only take one to two while attaching the sides another five to six minutes.
Are instructions included?
Yes, a full instruction leaflet is included.
Is the cover fabric flame retardant?
All of our canopy fabrics are flame retardant and a certificate is available to confirm this.
Can the canopies be connected together?
The canopies can be erected next to each other to create a larger covered area. A U-shape gutter can be fitted between the two roofs to drain away any rainwater. A rigid connector is also available to connect the adjoining legs together, thereby firmly connecting the canopies to each other.
